MEDIUM TO DEEPER WRINKLES do better with Portrait Plasma Skin Resurfacing, augmented by Botox Cosmetic, Dysport, and dermal fillers.
WRINKLES AND FOLDS are usually associated with underlying volume loss secondary to the resorption of fat and bone structure that comes with age. Often, the best course of action is to combine resurfacing with volume restoration, via a biostimulatory fillers such as Sculptra® Aesthetic, or via a fat transfer.
