Fraxel® Restore laser can effectively improve the color and texture of stretch marks, which are particularly unresponsive and resistant to treatment. Fraxel works both in the earlier pink as well as in the later white stages to stimulate new collagen production, which fills in the stretch marks, reduces the depression, and improves the “crepe-y” surface appearance. Retin-A cream can sometimes be of benefit in helping to diminish new red stretch marks.
