Dr. Binstock annually attends a variety of forums to keep his skills at the cutting edge in liposuction surgery, as well as in facial rejuvenation, premature aging and wrinkling of the skin, laser surgery, and the diagnosis and treatment of skin cancer. These forums may be sponsored by the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery, the American Society of Liposuction Surgery, the American Academy of Cosmetic Surgery, the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Academy of Mohs Surgery, and other specialty organizations. Dr. Binstock has received the American Academy of Dermatology Continuing Medical Education Award.
